If you receive a system error saying that your account must be "reset" after too many failed login attempts, follow the instructions below. Obviously you need the correct username and password when trying to fix this problem.
  1. Try to login from a different Internet connection than the failed logins were on. (If you have a dial-up connection to the Internet, simply hang up and dial-in again. If you have a broadband connection like DSL or Cable, you'll need to login from a different location: friends house, Starbucks, library, etc. If you can't do that, contact us and we can reset your account.)

  2. Once logged in, click the "My Account" tab, then the "Update Account" option.

  3. Scroll to the bottom of the page and find the "Failed Login Attempts" check box. Choose the check box and hit "Make Changes to Your Account."

  4. Now you will be able to login to your account from your primary Internet connection location.
