Using the Golf eMailer Editor.

The Golf eMailer "What You See Is What You Get" Editor is the easiest way to create your message with Golf eMailer. This system lets you create your e-mail with tools similar to what you are used to in your favorite word processor.

  1. After you have created your new edition, from the "Editor" view, choose the "Golf eMailer Editor" from the dropdown menu labeled "Layout" which is located near the top of the page just below the "Click Here To Save Changes" button.

  2. Once the Golf eMailer Editor has loaded, scroll to the bottom of the page and "Import" the template you want to use. After the template loads, choose "Save" from the template editor. If you don't want to use a template, you can simply start creating your message with the blank screen in the Golf eMailer Editor.

  3. Fill out the "Email Subject Line" and then create your content using the template editor.

Make sure to "Save" often while creating your content.

Just below the editor is a drop-down box called "Edition Width" where you can increase or decrease the with of the editor.

  4. Before you send the mailing, you need to complete the "Text-only Message" box on the "Edit Edition" page. It is located at the bottom of the page and is very important. This is the message that viewers that can't receive your beautiful colorful message will receive. Some people with older computers are not able to receive the fancy e-mails. Our system makes sure that everyone receives at least one of your messages, either the colorful or text only.

  5. Once you are finished creating your mailing, click the "Preview" option from the sub menu to review your mailing.

  6. When you are satisfied with your mailing you are ready to send it. Click the "Send" option from the sub menu and follow the directions to send your mailing.
