| Creating and Deleting an Edition. The best way
to use the Golf eMailer system is to create a New Edition each
time you send out a mailing. While you might think it is easier
to just make modifications to an existing edition and then re-broadcast
it, that method does not work well because the statistics
tracking will not be accurate. As your edition list grows, you
may want to delete old editions.
A NEW EDITION
- From the the Control Panel or homepage, choose the
"New Edition" from the Mailing List you wish to
send a new edition.
- Enter a name for your new edition, usually including a
date in the name helps to organize things. Then choose to
create a new edition from scratch, OR choose to
"Duplicate" an existing edition. Choosing a
"Duplicate" edition makes it easy to copy an
existing e-mail broadcast but make modifications.
DELETING AN EDITION
- From the the Control Panel or homepage, choose to
"View" the edition you want to delete.
- Choose "Delete" from the sub menu at the top of
the page. It will be the option to the far right.
