Copying and pasting text in to your e-mail message can be be complicated when using the Golf eMailer editor.

Simple Text
Text will NOT easily copy and paste from programs like Microsoft Word in to the Golf eMailer editor because of the special formatting that Word attaches to the text when it is copied.

It is recommended that you first copy the text from Microsoft Word, then paste in to a text editor program like Notepad. (Notepad can be found in the Start > Accessories menu in Microsoft Windows.) Once the text is in Notepad, copy the text again and paste in to your e-mail. Doing that will give you clean text to format in the Golf eMailer editor.

Tables with Rows & Columns
It seems like it would be easy to simply copy and paste a table of information from Microsoft Word in to the Golf eMailer editor, but unfortunately Microsoft Word adds formatting to the table that does not conform to HTML standards, therefore the table will not copy over properly. You need to create a new table in the Golf eMailer editor and then copy and paste the text over in to the individual cells.
